State Archives of Assyria Literary Texts (SAALT) is a series of text editions presenting central pieces of Mesopotamian literature in transliteration and translation, the term “literary” taken in its widest application. The goal of this series is to promote the knowledge of the Neo-Assyrian Empire to both professional and lay audiences in the form of indispensable research and educational tools.
